Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

There is no option to select or request a specific delivery time.

Our company is not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control, such as in cases of bad weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

The courier will make another delivery attempt on the next business day or on the day that there is a route for your area. You can also pick up from your local courier store.

Yes! Shipping is free for orders over 50€ (Geniki Taxydromiki or Box Now) and for orders over 80€ (ACS Courier or ELTA Courier).

Returns

No, the packaging must be intact. If you simply opened the packaging without causing any damage, you may still return the product.

Returns and exchanges must be handled exclusively through your Skroutz account, as Skroutz manages the entire process.

Refunds are processed by us within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment method:

  • Card / IRIS: Refunded to the same payment method; processing time depends on your bank.
  • PayPal: Immediate.
  • Cash on Delivery: Immediate via bank transfer to Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank or Eurobank account.

Yes, electronic accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty. Receipt of purchase is required.

Product Compatibility

Check the model name or model number in your phone’s Settings and purchase based on that.

You can find your Apple Watch model number through the Watch app on your iPhone. All straps include the compatible models and sizes in the product title. Please check carefully before completing your order.
